What payment methods do you accept?
It depends on what you're purchasing. If you're buying lifetime access to a single course then we accept Paypal, debit or credit cards. If you're purchasing a monthly membership then we only accept credit and debit cards.
My transaction is getting declined.
Make sure the payment method you're using allows USD-denominated transactions originating in the United States. If you're purchasing a monthly membership then your card must also support recurring payments (which not all cards do). If you're not sure why it's getting declined, then call your bank. We don't decline your transaction, the bank or payment gateway does. In 99% of cases, it's your bank. Give them a call to sort it out.
Can I pay in a different currency?
Yes, and no. We charge in USD only, but that doesn't mean you need a USD bank account. Most banks will automatically convert your payment to USD automatically without any extra steps from you. The conversion rate you receive (and the exact amount you end up paying) depends on your bank's conversion rates and fee structure. You'll need to call them for details.
When are new courses released?
Every few months. If we've set a release date for the course, then this page will have more information. Also check our Twitter (@WeArePirple) and our Youtube (youtube.com/pirple), to stay updated on any announcements.
I already enrolled but I can't seem to access the courses.
When you're logged in, click on "My Classes" in the top menu. If you don't see the courses in your dashboard, email us to troubleshoot.
